He caught 57 passes for 848 yards and three touchdowns in 38 career games with Oakland.<\/p>\n<p>The 27-year-old speedster also returned 75 kickoffs for the Raiders for a 25.0-yard average and four touchdowns.<\/p>\n<p>Dowling was New England&#8217;s second-round pick in 2011 and played in nine games for the Patriots before being cut before the 2013 season.
