The 2009 winner from Argentina has seen his career derailed by a series of injuries and underwent surgery on his left wrist earlier this year.<\/p>\n
Del Potro had hoped to return in time for the year’s final Grand Slam event, but the 25-year-old is now likely done for 2014.<\/p>\n
The 6-foot-6 world No. 11 first started to have problems when he had surgery on his right wrist in 2010.<\/p>\n
“DelPo” hasn’t played since late February in Dubai.<\/p>\n
