Bad Griesbach, Germany (Sports Network) – Andrea Pavan carded a 4-under 68 on Sunday to grab a 1-stroke victory at the Bad Griesbach Challenge Tour.<\/p>\n
Pavan claimed his third Challenge Tour title at 19-under-par 269.<\/p>\n
Fellow Italian Marco Crespi (66) finished in second at 18-under, while Knut Borsheim (68) and Victor Riu (72) shared third at 14-under 274.<\/p>\n
Pavan reached the turn at 17-under for the tournament after recording birdies at the first, third and sixth around a bogey at the sixth.<\/p>\n
After a pair of gains at the 11th and 12th moved him to 19-under, he was met atop the leaderboard when Crespi, who was playing in the group ahead of Pavan, poured in his ninth birdie of the day at the 17th.<\/p>\n
