Hsu dropped a shot on the 14th, but recovered that stroke with a birdie on the 16th.<\/p>\n<p>Hsu faltered to another bogey on the par-3 17th, but she closed with an eagle at the last to win by five.<\/p>\n<p>Marta Silva and Joanna Klatten both shot 1-under 71 in the final round. They shared second place at minus-3 with last week&#8217;s winner Min Seo Kwak (72).<\/p>\n<p>Brittany Altomare closed with a 2-under 70 to grab fifth place at 2-under-par 286.
