He tossed three scoreless innings during a rehab stint with Double-A New Hampshire.<\/p>\n<p>The right-hander converted 34 of his 36 save opportunities while compiling a 2.56 earned run average last season.<\/p>\n<p>Second baseman Chris Getz was designated for assignment in a corresponding move.
