In his 11 games with El Paso this season, Sipp went 1-1 with a 4.30 earned run average.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013, Sipp went 3-2 with a 4.78 ERA in 56 relief appearances for Arizona.<\/p>\n<p>The left-hander is 14-9 with a 3.84 ERA in 304 career games with Cleveland and Arizona.<\/p>\n<p>To make room for Sipp on the active roster, the Astros optioned pitcher Paul Clemens to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
