However, Dr. Thomas Clanton recommended a CT scan, which revealed the bilateral tibial stress fractures.<\/p>\n<p>The 24-year-old native of Cuba will be limited to non-weight bearing conditioning and will begin the season on the disabled list. He will be reevaluated in four months.<\/p>\n<p>Iglesias hit .303 with three homers, 16 doubles and 29 RBI over 109 games with Boston and Detroit last season.
