Manuel Villegas (72), Gunner Wiebe (68) and Jose de Jesus Rodriguez (70) shared third place at 9-under 279.<\/p>\n<p>The 20-year-old Fernandez-Valdes had two birdies and a bogey on the front nine. He moved to 14-under with a birdie at the par-5 11th. He stumbled to three bogeys over the final seven holes to slide back to minus-11.<\/p>\n<p>Villarreal was even-par for the day and 8-under for the tournament after 12 holes.
