He also fanned 162 batters in 158 innings.<\/p>\n<p>An American League All-Star for Tampa Bay in 2006 and 2008, Kazmir is 76-70 lifetime with a 4.16 ERA in 209 games, 208 of which have been starts, with the Rays, Los Angeles Angels and Indians.<\/p>\n<p>His best year came in 2007 with the Rays when he went 13-9 with a 3.48 ERA, while leading the league with 239 strikeouts.
