Yes, when you order a set of tickets to any event through Stub.com, they are guaranteed to be consecutive seating unless it is clearly stated on the ticket listing's notes that the seats are split. Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?

You can place these orders online, or, if you would like personal assistance and help with any of your questions, you can call our toll free number and a representative would be happy to help you. Once you place a last minute ticket order, be sure to read your receipt and contact the ticket company (bottom of receipt) that has your tickets and they will provide you with the details to receive your tickets. Do you have return and refund policy?
There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges on any order once it has been submitted to us. All sales are final. Because tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and ticket brokers work to obtain these tickets for you, we cannot accept returns. I've lost my tickets. What can you do to help?
Unfortunately, Stub.com cannot help you to replace lost or stolen tickets once they have been sent out to you. This is because each ticket offered by us is original and authentic. Please keep your tickets in a safe place to avoid loss or damage to your tickets.

How are prices calculated through the Stub.com website?
All of the prices listed for tickets sold through Stub.com are calculated by the listing ticket broker based on fair market value for that particular event or show. Stub.com takes the price that the broker sets forth for the tickets based on value and efforts, and then adds in convenience and delivery fees. These fees help us recover some of the costs associated with processing payments, website security, support, as well as making sure all tickets on our site are authentic.

Why are the tickets higher than face value?
Stub.com works hard to keep costs as low as possible for all of our customers. Many times the ticket prices will be above face value, which is known as “market value.” Ticket brokers work hard and endure several expenses to secure these tickets for you; the price reflects these added costs, research, and efforts made by them.

Why did the price of the tickets change?
The market value on tickets will change from day to day, depending on many factors regarding the game or show. It is suggested that you purchase your tickets at the earliest date possible in order to avoid increased ticket prices.

Why am I being charged a service fee?

ORDERING TICKETS

Do you offer tracking on ticket orders?
All orders processed through Stub.com will be shipped directly from the broker to you via FedEx. We try to assure that all ticket orders will be processed and shipments made on the same day, but this is not always possible due to broker scheduling. Once your tickets are shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking codes. We guarantee that you will receive your ticket in time for the event. If you have a special request or have any shipment questions, we encourage you to contact the broker directly. You will find their contact information on the receipt that we sent to your email address after your order was complete.

This is not my name on my tickets?
These are YOUR tickets. The name on the tickets may have been the original person who purchased the tickets. These tickets are transferable and are now your tickets. Your tickets are guaranteed to be valid for entry into the event.

What if my event or show is postponed?
In almost all cases, you will not need new tickets for rescheduled events or shows. Your tickets that are in-hand are good for entry into the event. Your ticket seller will contact you if you need to do anything special. Our customer service team would also be happy to assist you in finding all relevant information about changes to your event.

My event has been permanently cancelled. What can you do?
If your event or show has been permanently cancelled for any reason, with no expected makeup date, you will receive a refund for your tickets. The process is simple: just contact the ticket broker that is listed on your receipt and they will issue a refund for the tickets. Please keep your tickets until you speak with your ticket broker to be sure that they don't want the tickets returned. If you can't find the contact number for your ticket broker, please contact the Stub.com ticket specialists and we can provide you with that information.
